Description
This private courtyard in a Buckhead condominium community was in need of charm and warmth to make it feel more like home. Our design introduced life and character to the space by incorporating lush boxwood plantings and a bluestone patio arranged in an elegant, formal manner. Given the courtyard’s limited natural light, we curated a low-maintenance, evergreen plant palette to ensure year-round vibrancy. A lead basin serves as a striking focal point. To enhance the sense of enclosure and comfort, we added a trompe-l’oeil trelliage along the back wall. The simple bench and table were the perfect location for coffee and the newspaper in the morning (or a glass of wine — or somthing stronger in the afternoon.) The result is a timeless and inviting hermitage just off the busy peachtree road.
