Our work for the Olmsted Linear Park Alliance (OLPA) involved construction drawings and planting plans as well as site inspection during construction for this historic rehabilitation of the 45 acre Olmsted Linear Park in Atlanta’s Druid Hills neighborhood.  The 15-year, nine phase project was recognized with the Excellence of Rehabilitation award from the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, as well as the Margeurite Williams Award, the Trust’s highest honor.  The park also received an Atlanta Urban Design Commission Award for Excellence in Historic Preservation and an Honor Award from the Georgia Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects, all in 2012.
